Bookings

Accommodation bookings are made through an online booking system integrated into the site. The prices, availability, payment, modification and cancellation terms of a booking are presented during the booking process and confirmed in the booking confirmation. These booking terms form a binding agreement between you and Wasto Inn. Prices and availability may change until a booking is confirmed. Wasto Inn acts as the accommodation provider.

Limitation of liability

We aim to keep the information on the site current and accurate, but we do not guarantee its completeness or uninterrupted availability. The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site. The site may contain links to external services whose content we are not responsible for.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The current version is always available on this page. These terms are governed by Finnish law. A consumer’s rights under mandatory consumer-protection legislation remain unaffected. Disputes are primarily resolved through negotiation; a consumer may also refer the matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi/en).
